Our high performing IPC People will be given guidance from our leadership team on soft-skill training, exposed to key-note speaker sessions and have the opportunity to build a larger network cross-functionally and globally in the organization, creating a more robust profile. This program is to encourage the exchange of mentoring others at any level.

A selective program giving these established leaders the opportunity to work alongside our Executive team through coaching sessions, Individual Development Plans, and team-building events. This will give our High-potential performers the ability to grow outside their department by working cross functionally with others in the organization at the same potential level of leadership.
